Windows 10: Laptop won't connect to the internet and windows won't reset

Discus and support Laptop won't connect to the internet and windows won't reset in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I've had this problem for a while. Every device in my house is able to connect to the internet just perfectly except my laptop. I tried to resolve this...     Laptop won't connect to the internet and windows won't reset


    I've had this problem for a while. Every device in my house is able to connect to the internet just perfectly except my laptop. I tried to resolve this by restarting. Nothing. I tried following a few youtube videos. Nothing. I finally decided it would be worth it to factory reset it, as long as it fixed the issue. I went through the process but after 30 minutes of 'resetting' it just replied with something along the lines of 'something went wrong and nothing was changed'. I once again looked on youtube to find what was wrong but nothing worked. I also noticed most menus won't open. I'm not sure what caused it. If anyone has an idea of what's happening to it, please let me know.

    Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!
