    Laptop won’t download windows


    I’ve had my laptop for about 3 years now and it was getting slow so I decided to reset it and delete everything. I did this and when it was re installing windows it was stuck on 5% for about an hour or two so I turned my laptop off then back on when suddenly it said “The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error l. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows click OK to restart computer then restart the installation.” I click ok then it restarts my computer and takes me back to that same screen over and over. I’m not sure what to do please help.

    I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?

    I have MS Money on my laptop with Windows 7 When I downloaded 10 it said I needed IE 6 so I went back to 7

    MS Money works on Windows 8 as I have installed it on my netbook. Why won`t it work on Windows 10?
