    Laptop won't let me type letters in password


    So. This is not a new problem for this laptop, though it is a new laptop itself. I thought it was just a weird feature, so whatever, I just made my password PIN numbers instead.Now here's where the problem starts:My laptop wanted to update today, so I let it, but then it showed me a BitLock recovery screen, confusing but whatever. This is where the letters not working causes a problem. My recovery key ID involves letters that I can't type! The numbers work just fine; I can't get around this problem, I've tried all I could by myself. I even shut it down and turned it on again; it just won't get

    My caps lock won t turn off

    I'm typing a letter in word, it was fine then started using all caps it won t turn them the usual way

    Trouble with search bar (won´t find data)

    Hi Jan,

    I Would suggest you follow the steps below and see if it helps:

    Step 1: On the Search bar type “cmd”. Right Click on the Command Prompt option and select Run as Administrator. (If prompted for a password, type the password and click Allow)

    Step 2: DISM TOOL

    • Type Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
      and click Enter.
    • Type Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
      and click Enter.
    • Type Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
      and click Enter.
