    Laptop won't respond.


    Modern Acer laptop Windows 11 not used daily.Just switched on after a few weeks.Lengthy update of Windows and security programmes....to completion.Charge was 70% so after the updates it was left charging for an hour or so.Current state...Blank screen....hissing sound seemingly from the audio.There is no response from keys/remote mouse and a plugged in keyboard.
