    Laptop won't take me to desktop page


    Hello! I've ran into a problem on my laptop. I've had it for years now but never had this problem before. When starting it up, I've managed to get to the password screen, put my password in but then the screen won't take me to the desktop page. Last night, the page must have been 'loading' for 20 minutes when the laptop said it had encountered an error so it restarted itself and the problem then repeated itself!Anyone know how to fix it or what the issue is? Any help appreciated!

    I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?

    Laptop won't take me to desktop page

    Chrome won't open any page [Solved]

    I started my laptop and found out that chrome did not load any page for some reason, not even settings pages.
    I've tried re-installing chrome, and disabling comodo firewall, it does not help.
    Anyone having suggestions how to fix this?
