    Laptops screen colo washed away.


    I had to update my laptops 1650ti drivera today and when it was updating it just gave me blue screen it didnt finish and when iy re started from the blue screen i couldnt open gforce expirience to install drivers cuz of error 0x0003 then i had to do it manually and when it isntall manuales the screen was like grey ish looking i tried fixing it with ddu but it didnt work so now this is my only hope i am on a laptop btw.

    I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

    Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

    Awful washed out colors in Windows 10. Happens intermittently

    I wonder why nobody has suggested the OP to make a screenshot of display showing these "washed out colors"? Everything I have read in this thread suggests that the issue is not in Windows, but instead in display / monitor.

    My suggestion: next time you'll see these washed out colors, make a screenshot and post it here. If the screenshot shows us that colors are OK, then the issue is your monitor failing.

    Looking for help with laptop screen

    It's quite easy to replace a screen, try to find a disassembly guide for the specific model of laptop so you have a step by step indication of where to take screws out and what clips to unclip. There might be some youtube videos as well. Always make sure the replacement screen is compatible as there can be different connectors.
