Windows 10: Laptop's screen periodically zooms out and in when secondary display is turned off

Hello, ever since I bought a new monitor, I'm facing an annoying issue. It occurs daily, multiple times a day.The Setup: Laptop uses a WQXGA 2560x1600 display @ 165Hz. The system is set up so that the processor's Ryzen R7 7840HS integrated video card Radeon 780M is a default display adapter.The external monitor is Samsung Odyssey G65B, using WQHD 2560x1440 and is set up to match the frequency of laptop's screen @ 165Hz. It uses the GeForce RTX4070 as its display adapter. It is connected to the laptop via HDMI 2.1 port and HDMI 2.1 cable 48GBPS.The system is Windows 11 Home, and the c

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

 

Turn Off Secondary Display When Shutting Laptop Lid

I noticed a lot of people want to keep their secondary display on when they shut the lid, but seeing as I don't want the computer to go to sleep or shift all my windows around every time I close the lid, I want to be able to disable both the secondary and primary displays when I close my lid.

The fn key to turn off the screen only works on the laptop's screen.

In regards to your concern, since the second screen can't detect the display settings of your other laptop, we suggest that you perform the steps below and see if it helps:

• Go to Settings.
• Click on System.
• Under System, choose Display.
• Under Multiple displays, click on Duplicate these displays and apply.
