Windows 10: Large black quadrilaterals appearing briefly on screen

This problem began a few months ago and my FPS in games decreased since then. I figured it was a GPU problem but it still persisted after upgrading. I tried using a tool for fixing corrupted files in windows files but it found nothing. I also tried a bunch of software fixes with RAM but it still didn't work. I have no idea how to fix it and I'm trying to avoid reinstalling windows.

The thread which u provided is when windows hang but in my case it doesn't hang it works fine but as u see in first picture icons,taskbar are displayed
