Last forced update Killed my computer Really need help!

To start I am not super computer savvy, I mainly do a lot of book keeping and etc but I am a gamer so I know the basic steps 1-3 trouble shooting. I run this computer with an SSD, everything is on the SSD. I upgraded to it about 3 years ago and when I upgraded I kept my old HDD in it for extra space. I basically never use the HDD no updates etc.

So I did the forced update on the 14th right as I went to bed. I woke up and the pc booted on my HDD which is super weird, I wasn't even aware it still had an OS on it but I guess I should be thankful it does. So I checked the computer and it wasn't even detecting my SSD at all! under device manager all I saw was "unknown device" I can't do anything to it and my computer doesn't even recognize it. So I called support and they did the steps checking the BIOS or whatever and tried to do the GPT and MBR both failed, even tried restarting the PC and forcing it to boot with the other device which failed giving error code: 0xc000000f "you'll need recovery tools. if you don't have any installation media contact your pc admin"

I have a lot of work and other important personal stuff on my SSD and I really need help and do not know what to do!

Support did very little and then when they were stumped just told me to go talk to the manufacturer...

If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

    :)

What kind of speakers do you use and meaning it killed your speakers ? Maybe speaker connection is an issue, but most likely something with sound device settings or drivers. What exact steps have you tried. Anyone of filling in system specs here or listing them as it helps us more to help you.
