  1. Last night's update stopped recognizing a monitor. How do I roll back?

I have a main monitor and a secondary one. I also use an older Trendnet KVM. The second monitor is hooked up to both my main and older computer, while the primary is only to my main computer. Both are connected to the primary through the KVM using a splitter. Both worked wonderfully last night.

Today I sat down at my desk to see both computers had rebooted through automatic update. The older one still works through the second monitor just fine. The new one is still physically connected to both but claims it only sees the main monitor. The only change was your update. It's no longer recognizing the second.

I either need a fix for the problem you caused or a rollback to the previous version.

    :)

  2. Night Light Setting and Third Monitor.

    Hi Reagan,

We would like to ask you some questions in order assist you properly:

    • Did Night light work previously on all three monitors?
    • Have you made any recent changes to your PC?
    • Are you getting an error message on the third monitor regarding Night light?
    • Is the third monitor being detected by your PC?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you performed so far?

While waiting for your response, we suggest that you try to connect your third monitor to what you are using on the 2 working monitors to see if it is only a loose connection issue.

    Regards.
