Windows 10: Last Seen

So I have the latest version. The previous version had a little circle before the contact name which had the contact's initials and where if i put the cursor on it, it gives the time when the contact was last seen. The latest version doesn't give this, is that feature scrapped altogether or is there a new way of detecting this?

I have seen open item RX480's go local for $180. Keep an eye out for those would be my suggestion. The 1060 would be the obvious choice in that list however.
