Windows 10: Last update KB5029331 broke my Windows 10, what should I do?

I am very sorry that I decided to install this optional update KB5029331, because it crushed Windows Update Center it doesn't download any updates, showing 0x800703e6 error, became a stopper for random drivers update installation can't install Nvidia driver 537.42, Wacom Tablet driver doesn't see tablet and unexpectedly broke several USB-ports one USB works, another USB gives a connection sound, but drivers of connected device are corrupted in Device Manager. Absolutely frustrated as I can't use Windows 10 properly because it works at half capacity. The update was installed incorrectly -

It seems that applying this update (KB5029331) cause a change in the "recovery environment" for windows 10 such that the backup software that I use caused the tool that builds the recovery environment for the backup software now fails to boot

I do see in the (windows) update history that KB5030211 has been installed, but even re-building the recovery environment for the backup software will fails to boot

It was suggested that I uninstalled KB5029331 but since that was installed 4 or more updates have been applied

Is it still possible to uninstall KB5029331

Method 1: Try updating the Video card drivers and check if it helps.



Follow the steps to update the Video card driver:

• Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Expand ‘Display Adapters’.
• Right-click on the Video card listed and click on ‘Update Driver Software’.

Method 2: Try installing the game in Compatibility mode and check.



Follow the steps to install in Compatibility mode:

• Right click the Game setup file and select Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab.
• Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.
• Tap or click the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click OK.
• Try installing the Game and check.

If still the issue persist then I suggest you to follow the suggestion provided by crazzilla replied on August 3, 2015 from the below link and check if it helps.
