Windows 10: Last Windows Update Killing my CPU 80% usage !

HelloSince the Last Windows Update my CPU is escalating totally constant 20-30% with a short Jump Randomly to 80% for few second!Before my CPU was basicly not getting over 10% from that what i doing! But now comes the Funny part the CPU is only doing this if i having a Browser open / Browsing! id normaly using Opera GX and i though mybe its from there side the Problemso i basicly swap to Chrome, Mozilla and even i try Edge Browser to see if it work normaly againall Browser are causing the same CPU kill issue ! i also made a Fresh Windows installation cuz i swap from HDD to SSD few Days ago! i

High CPU usage.

Microsoft Windows 10 Pro

Version 1903 (OS Build 18362.239)

How to fix high CPU usage.

When I run any program the CPU usage will be above 80%. When I checked it I found some processes which are using high CPU usage.

Desktop Windows Manager -> 10.8%

Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation -> 5.8%

Antimalware Service Executable -> 55% (I want to kill these process permanently)

System Interrupts -> 12%

I want to kill all these process. Please guide how I stop them.

My PC configuration:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-7020U CPU @2.30GHZ

Ram -> 12GB

Harddisk -> 250gb SSD and 1 TB HDD

System Maintenance Troubleshooter by following these steps:

• Type Troubleshooting in the search box.
• Select Troubleshooting the click View All on the upper left pane.
• Click on System Maintenance.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.
