Windows 10: lastest microsoft update last night

Last night my computer updated and when I turned my computer on there are a lot of foreign looking symbols in the place of my shortcuts and on my word documents. I open a new word document and instead of "save" or "home" at the top I get boxes, triangles, question marks different symbols. These are at the bottom of all of my shortcuts. I want to go back to English words. How do I restore my computer to get rid of these symbols or how do I uninstall the latest update.

Advice For People wishing to update to Windows 10 Redstone

Yep. Tried to update my Realtek sound driver to the lastest version. After that I can't even use the Realtek sound control panel any more. It is now blocked. Seems M$ is determined to force users to swallow their automated driver update system.

I uploaded the lastest update last night 11_10 and the install did not work. All I got was a sad face on my phone and now all the phone will do is try to reboot constantly. The phone screen does from "nokia" to two gears turning and back to "Nokia" since
yesterday.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
