    Latency suddenly 25 seconds

I lost my internet connection and after restarting my modem and router it gave me a new connection, called "connection 2" and the latency was measured to be 25 seconds. I clicked on "forget this connection" and when my pc restarted it just said connected and not connection 2, but the latency is still 25 seconds. Every time I click something, it takes 25 seconds before the signal is send or the other end reacts.

    :)

  3. Bluetooth Headphones Latency Problem

So, when I watch a YouTube video, there is almost NO latency. But, when you play any game, the latency suddenly jumps up higher and it is noticeable.

The latency is around 150ms-200ms, which is a problem for me. However, with Youtube video, there is like 30ms-40ms. Let's say you shoot a gun in a game, when you shoot it, for a fraction of a second, you won't hear anything, then the sound renders in. This
is a problem for me since my other wireless headphones won't work anymore, which I have to use my Bose Bluetooth headphones.

If there is a way to lower the latency when playing games, please tell me.

Latency issue caused by dxgkrnl.sys and ndis.sys in Windows 10

Yeah, it's a combination of things.

    My combination is this,

    • CPU power saving / latency caused by this feature eliminated by setting a higher value for
minimum processor state I've set 50% as minimum.
    • AIDA64 / some sensors can cause latency. Turning them off eliminates this problem "Fan divisor reconfiguration" and "Low-level SMART operations".
    • Network (ndis.sys) / only manage to reduce latency (I think) by changing some adapter settings.
Like I've said before. The only way to fix this. Is if Microsoft works with the developers to remedy the problem. Either they don't know how to solve it, or they blame us for having 3rd party software. If this were Open Source developers it would have been
fixed as soon as the second person raised the issue.

BTW, what software are you using to measure the latency, and what Windows version do you run? I never had this issue with versions prior to Windows 10.
