    Hi, for reference just wanted to mention Hey Cortana is working great on my 950. I'm running the latest insider build 10.0.14393.693, firmware revision 01078.00053.16236.35035. My regional settings are all set to USA.

    Hi, I can currently text from my pc using Cortana. I'm using the latest build of Windows 10 mobile via the Insider app. As mentioned above the messaging app is pretty useless due to it's inability to text. It can send Skype messages but in all honesty,
    I know nobody that uses skype?! Not sure why we can send messages via Cortana but they don't build that feature into the PC Messaging app? Surely if Cortana can send a message from my PC via my Windows Phone, it can build this feature into the messaging app?
    Just a thought. I'm using a Lumia 640XL.
