Windows 10: Latest Elden Ring patch crashes

Ever since I installed the latest patch of Elden Ring it keeps crashing every time I move my character or the camera really quickly and then it crashes is this specifically a Windows issue or a problem with the Easy AntiCheat software that Elden Ring uses ?

Elden Ring (and other games) crashing

The clean start method helped with Elden ring however the problematic program I disabled did not fix my crashing issues with Destiny 2. When my Destiny 2 crashes, a DirectX diagnostic tool pops up but it only tells me information about my system, not any information as to what went wrong. I attempted all the other fixes you recommended on Destiny 2.
