Windows 10: latest update gave me blue error. windows 11

On windows 11. updated the other day.Just took the update off.OK now.I updated and it gave me blue error. Took the update off via the boot screen.Also have a issue with resetting windows 11. Have to reset via the menu before windows starts. I think it's a bad nvme. maybe? Im out of money. IDK windows is working for now. until next build....IDK not a good buy this time around. They gave me bad part maybe?It games for now..

• Did you reinstall the update and the application after resetting the computer to factory settings?
  

We need crash dumps in order to know what is causing this issue and suggest the appropriate steps to follow.

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
