Windows 10: Latest update KB5022913 gives flickering problems on windows 11 news icon

Hi, This last update KB5022913 that have introduced ChatGPT of bing in windows 11 gives problems of flickering in the icon of the news of the taskbar, this happens every time you run a program from the start button, I had to uninstall it and everything returns to normal, I hope a solution soon because it is very annoying to be able to work like this.

As you all know the taskbar size in windows 11 had the option through the reg editor to make it smaller and bigger and default, which for some reason had to be changed in windows 10. Today Feb 28, 2023, a new update was thrown to us by Microsoft (KB5022913) which for reasons unknown takes away the ability to configure the taskbar size. If anyone has a workaround please let me know.

when i update my windows to 11 then my screen flickering after that i uninstall display driver

then windows gives me new driver when i install new update then again start my windows flickering.
