Windows 10: Latest update of Windows 10 broke all my drivers

Hi,My computer update automatically on 29th of January with the release of the 28th. Since then, all my drivers are doing crap. I have artefacts on the screen, no game is running anymore because of graphic card issue, the sound is stopping and even the internet pages are not loading. The driver update assistant doesn't find new drivers to install and even with that it will not be able to load it. Is there a possibility to go back on previous version of Windows which has no bug ?BRSheppi

Hey Dj Urko, I am trying to install the realtek driver and I get the error 0x0001. I have disabled secure boot and Driver signature. I have the latest win 10 build. What am I doing wrong? Can u post the complete list of steps that I have to take? I have an asus z170 with alc1150.

Method 1: Please run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter:

Try the followings steps:

• 
  Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.

  Select "Hardware and Devices"
  
• 
  Click next to run the troubleshooter.
  

Method 2:

Step 1: Install all the patches and available updates from Windows updates.

Try the followings steps:

Click "Search" and type "Windows update settings" without quotes and hit enter.

Under Updates click on check for updates

Step 2: Install any touch screen drivers from the manufacturer's website:

Method 1: Try updating the Video card drivers and check if it helps.



Follow the steps to update the Video card driver:

• Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Expand ‘Display Adapters’.
• Right-click on the Video card listed and click on ‘Update Driver Software’.

Method 2: Try installing the game in Compatibility mode and check.



Follow the steps to install in Compatibility mode:

• Right click the Game setup file and select Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab.
• Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.
• Tap or click the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click OK.
• Try installing the Game and check.
