Windows 10: Latest update September 2023 makes my wifi not able to be turned on

My wifi will not enable on my desktop. I click to turn it on and have tried so many things. It seems to try and then is back in off position. I have done network resets multiple times, uninstalled drivers, ran every troubleshooter I can find, new driver uploaded, nothing works. I even rolled back to another time but I don’t think it had one before this latest update to try. Any help greatly appreciated.

This security update includes improvements that were a part of update KB5029332 (released August 22, 2023). When you install this KB:

Welcome to Ten Forums. You can't make it exactly like it used to be, but you can turn off 'Suggested'. In Settings > Search turn on search history, suggestions will be replaced by a list of your recent searches, which you should find to be far more useful.
