    One of my clients has been experiencing the frustration once again having to suffer through the errant updates MS pushes out. This time, an "update" of some sort have yet to determine which one and nobodies talkin' has done something to the credentials where all of the Admin accounts have been wiped out. What makes this worse is it continues to wipe out the Admin level settings for every account I add in. Before you ask, yes, I have re-engaged the builtin Admin account because at present, it's the only way to gain Admin level access to these machines. I now have 7 at this site manifesting th

    If you wipe the only admin-level account then you can't set up another admin-level account from the standard account.

    I'm guessing Lenovo would probably want admin access to test the screen after repairing?

    Personally I would take a backup image (or two) first, as suggested by Berton. I'd also make a note of drivers installed, and then wipe it and put an admin-level local account on . When it comes back, check the drivers are the same, and restore the backup.

    Remove account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

    visit safemode, log into admin account. download malwarebytes (or transfer from usb). run malwarebytes. exit safe mode. run an updated malwarebytes on admin account. eat some pie ;D
