Windows 10: latest win 10 updates affected startup programs

Discus and support latest win 10 updates affected startup programs in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; on 16/17th this month got a few windows updates, since then some of my startup items have become eratic, also i now have 3 startup folders [img] any...     Despit all methods provided, still unable to update win 10 (10586) to (134393)

    Dear Sir,

    I have exhausted all methods provided, Still unable to updater Win 10 to the latest version.

    Is there any way I can do it...To reintall win 10 with the latest update without affecting the programs installed on the computer

    or having them removed.

    Grateful for your help

    Access is denied on certain programs - Windows 10

    UPDATE:

    It appears that other folders are affected too like "program files". Their are lots of threads on reddit about this very issue. The latest Win 10 update does not solve the problem. I'm just going to revert back to 8.1 until Microsoft figures this out.

    Sorry but one thing I learned since 8 and starting windows 10 is to never install any updated unless it is essential.
    You will always going to have compatibility issues with your programs.

    Go to uninstall or change programs, check latest windows update and remove them.
    Hope this help.
