Windows 10: Latest windows 11 update would never complete so my computer is unusable

I was told by my hp computer that I needed to restart to update Windows 11 and that it should take five minutes. It went into an endless loop and never finished. I did create a recovery disk from another computer which get me to a certain point followed by a blue screen of death with a code ending in 21a. I have no idea how to repair this or where to seek help.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Laptop turns unusable after latest windows 10 update

We have to make sure that the Windows Update is installed properly on your laptop. To check if it is installed already, please follow these steps:

• Press the Win + I buttons.
• Select Update & Security.
• Click View installed update history. The latest update should have been installed and dated last week.

If your laptop does not have the latest update yet, you can manually get the update by following the above steps 1 and 2, then select
Check update.

In case that your laptop has already the latest Windows Update installed, please follow the troubleshooting steps on this

link.

completely unusable computer

I boot, this is what I get and it stays like this forever, I have made a 16 minute video of this as well

This is what considered the fastest OS yet? How? Look at the list, all useless windows services that I have no use for and it just hogs up all my resources thus making my computer unusable.
