Windows 10: Latest windows update error

I recently done the windows 11 update 13.6.23 and my computer ran into errors when I booted.it back up. It said checking disk drive c and said 8 hours, it ran into trouble shooting blue screen when I decided to try a reset keep files. The reset never worked. It boots into a black screen. I've tried making a windows media drive and booted into usb settings but it won't reinstall on any of the drives.

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
