Windows 10: Latest Windows update issues - Lost my Account and after following logout and re-login...

After the recent February 2024 Windows 11 update, when I logged in to my PC it did not recognize my account. I followed the suggested instructions, but when I then logged into the PC again, all of my saved info was gone. This includes: - My Outlook accounts and all of my saved emails - All of my browser extensions in Chrome and FirefoxHow do I recover my account and all of the saved info??

Unable to logout and login on Windows 10 user accounts.

1. When you say “main one” is it local account or Microsoft account?

2. Did you make any changes in the account settings?

• Check whether you could see the user profile files.
