Launching File Explorer from the taskbar can cause it to get stuck.

Opening the recycle bin from the desktop is working fine. But launching File Manager from the taskbar or Start menu causes it to get stuck. When File Manager is not responding, the rest of the computer's software works fine and has a low resource usage. Restoring the File Explorer option several times and rebooting several times still does not fix it.

Launching File Explorer from the taskbar can cause it to get stuck.

File Explore Slow Launch from Taskbar

When I launch the file explorer from the icon pinned to the taskbar, it takes 3-4 seconds to launch. But when I launch it from the start menu, it's almost instantaneous. What could be the cause of this?
