Windows 10: Launching Games

Im having trouble downloading a game. Everything is updated and should be compatible with the game. Every time I try to download it it says, Failed to initialize Direct3D.
Make sure you have at least DirectX 9.0c installed, have drivers for your
graphics card and have not disabled 3D acceleration
in display settings.

Games won't launch and run in background.

• Which are the games you are trying to launch?
• Were you able to see any error code/ error notification while trying to launch the game?

I would like to inform that the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable x86,
usually occupy 1 GB of the storage space.

I suggest you to run disk cleanup to free the memory: Free up drive space in Windows 10
and check.

I can't launch games
