Windows 10: Launching VALORANT causes BSOD and PC to restart / crash - IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Recently, whenever I try to load up VALORANT on my PC, the game crashes on the loading screen. Right before the game actually starts, my entire PC goes black and then restarts, sometimes a glitched version of the BSOD will appear before it restarts. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling VALORANT, uninstalling and reinstalling Riot Vanguard, and uninstalling and reinstalling my AMD drivers. I used WhoCrashed to try and see what the cause of the crash would be and here's what it said: Crash Dump Analysis Crash dumps are enabled on your computer. IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL on Valorant launch

I really need help with this guys,so everytime i launch valorant i get a bsod,when i initially installed Valorant when it told me to restart my pc i did so,but it did a bsod and since then i have not been able to open Valorant heres the minidump file:030123-35625-01.dmp Please send me a solution as soon as possible
