Windows 10: Lav filters

Hello.Today i noticed at my programs a file called LAV filters .What is that and how installed?I attach a screenshot about the softwares that installed today so is it due to any of them?I tried to attached the screenshot but i can't .Is it a problem to community?

Cortana search filter list

I have a lot of space for display content in Cortana search list, and 80% of it not used because Cortana sorting items by types.
How disable all filters and make visible all suggested content?

 

How much a video/audio filter can affect the file’s quality?


I don’t even know what filters are exactly tbh. But It seems like LAV filters are popular. I switched from PMC HC to BE and found out it’s not automatically integrated with LAV filters and should be added manually.
Now my question is:
Is it really that much different with various filters?! Or you can barely distinguish the difference and there’s no need for separate download and installation
