Windows 10: Layouts that appear from nowhere.

Hi,I have an issue with my windows eleven, I'm swiss french but I bought a laptop with a qwerty layout. It's fine because when I need to type in french I switch on the qwertz layout that is almost the same by doing alt+shift. However, two other french layouts have been added without appearing anywhere in the settings. I would suggest you to refer the steps mentioned below and see if you are able to remove the language pack:

1. Type command prompt in the search bar on the
   Taskbar.
   
2. Right click on the command prompt icon and select
   Run as administrator.
   
3. Now, paste the following command and hit Enter:
   lpksetup /u en-US.
   
4. Restart the computer.

Wrong keyboard layout in login page after update to 1607

Hi,

Since the issue reoccurred after updating to anniversary update, I suggest you to reconfigure the QWERTY keyboard layout and check if the same issue persists. This is to check if the issue is with Windows 10 1607 update.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to configure the keyboard layout:

• Open Settings and click on Time and Language.
• Click on Region and Language.
• Add the Country and click on add a language and select the language of your choice.
• This will take time to download the pack.
• Once this is done, Press Windows key + Space and press Space key to choose the keyboard layout.
