Windows 10: Left Alt recognized as Right Alt

Hello,I have an Asus Vivobook laptop, and everything was working fine until recently when my left ALT key suddenly started behaving like the right ALT key. I considered using MS PowerToys to remap the key, but that wouldn't really solve the issue, as it would also affect the right ALT key, creating an "all-or-nothing" situation.This issue seemed to start right after I installed the latest firmware update, though I'm not sure if that's related. Additionally, English is not my first language, so I use another language as my main input language—I'm wondering if that could be a factor.What steps c

   • Right-click the game's shortcut or executable file and select 'Run as administrator'. This gives the game full access to your system, which might resolve the issue.
     
3. Disable Sticky Keys:
   
   • Sticky Keys is a Windows feature that can interfere with gaming. Go to Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard and make sure Sticky Keys is turned off.
     
4. Check for Software Conflicts:
   
   • Other software running in the background may be using the Alt key and causing conflicts. Close any unnecessary applications while gaming and see if that helps. Perform a clean boot.
     
5. Update Keyboard Drivers:

right alt+shift

I upgraded to windows 10 recently , but since then i can't use right alt+shift to change language to Arabic . Now i can only use left alt+shift to toggle between english and arabic . I tried to change that through input method sitting ,but the "right alt+shift"
key sequence is not available at all . can anyone help with that ? thank you .
