Windows 10: Left and right speakers appear to both come out of one speaker.

Good Morning Microsoft Team,I've recently received a new set of speakers/subwoofer combo but upon running the test function inside control panel -> sounds ->playback -> speakers, both tonesfor left and right come out of one side with the second being much quieter. It appears to come out of the left side only and I can switch the speakers themselves and both appear to work.The speakers are GoGroove Bass Pulse speakers that have one audio in coming from my audio out to the sub itself and then a left and right out from the sub to an additional two speakers.The sub itself also appears t

How do I reverse my left and right speaker sound?

To summarize a 3 year old dead thread.

The computer speakers are not wired incorrectly. But some computer speakers come with different cable lengths for the left and the right side. The end user's desk has space limitations that only allows them to put the left speaker on the right side and vice versa.

The software solution is going to be difficult to achieve.

So there are 2 different hardware solutions.

(1) soldering as lx07 as suggested.
(2) use the front panel audio jack for the computer speakers, but using tweezers to yank out the tiny cables that go from the motherboard to the front audio header and reverse the left and right channels.

 

Speakers only playing from left

I have some portable speaker plugged into the back of a Dell. The sound now only comes out of the left speaker. When I test the speakers by hitting "r" for right, and "l" for left, both times it comes out of the left speaker. The right speaker works,
but all the sound, both left and right, are coming out of the left speaker. When I turn down the right, only the left comes out of the left; but when I turn down the left, the right also comes out of the left.

How can I get the left to come out of the left, the right out of the right? Thx

 

Desktop speaker suggestions

My current desktop speakers are being shitty and the audio's only coming out of the left speaker. Any suggestions on some good speakers to get? I have a logitech set with 5 speakers and subwoofer but I only use the front left and right ones so ideally a good sounding 2.1 set.
