Windows 10: Left Arrow keeps Pressing

This has been a ongoing issue for over a year. I dont know why but my laptop keeps pressing left arrow. I've tried everything to fix this, Uninstalled driver, tried using external keyboard, remap, but none of it worked out. The only possible solution i've found was to disable the key, and i've even tried remapping it but that didn't do much say i remap it to D, then it would keep pressing D. Even on safe mode i'm having the same issue.

Right arrow key doesn't work. Have to press alt+right arrow to function normally.

I don't remember when it started, but I noticed that my right arrow key doesn't function anymore. It is not a physical issue. No dust or anything of that nature physically blocking the key/keycap/etc. Happens on all keyboards I test, so its definitely a software/technical issue.

The only way to actually use the right arrow key is by pressing ALT+right arrow and it functions as intended. Up, left, and down all function normally, but the right does not. I have to press ALT+right arrow to make it work. Can't figure it out.

 

When I press left shift the arrow comes out

When I play any game, I tried to press left shift the arrow of the mouse pops out, so I can’t play games

 

My laptop keyboard is stuck pressing left arrow and types randomly and performs random tasks

This had happened earlier this year but stopped when the left arrow key completely stopped working.

(Notes: I've uninstalled the driver over and reinstalled over and over, I've updated the computer, cleaned the keys, pressed num lock, pressed FN+num lock, and this is a laptop so unplugging and plugging it is not an option. None of these common answers are the solution keep that in notes as I have desperately browsing, and I've even disabled and enabled sticky or filter keys in hopes of stopping the left arrow but all it did was disable the entire keyboard which is when I realized it's typing random letters numbers and symbols, not just the left arrow key held down)

Also last time this issue occured it was because of discord's pc app somehow and now it's gone and ruined my computer again. It's completely unusable

Despite the left arrow key seemingly breaking and disabling itself, it's now it's working again but the following issues are occurring:

Left arrow key holds down

Backspace types random symbols

When squeezed left arrow key performs random tasks or types randomly

Left arrow key keeps randomly turning down brightness or volume despite being the left key not the right

No other buttons respond when the arrow key gets stuck down

Hitting enter minimizes the window I'm in

Even when num lock is turned off the keypad is still active

Letter keys do not type randomly and space bar works

I'm at a loss for what's going on here???

I have an Asus tuf gaming laptop

Is there a solution? What do I do?
