Windows 10: Left click randomly not registering

I seem to remember having this problem before and something random solved it. I can right click completely normally and ive checked my mouse and there is nothing wrong with it. I have also tried multiple fixes such as reinstalling the mouse and USB connection drivers. Nothing is working. My CPU isn't being over used and I've done a full malware scan. I'm completely stuck for ideas at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks

Left click not registering

I suggest you start the trouble-shooting effort with simple left-click actions, e.g. like so:

• Single click any desktop item. This should highlight the item.
• Double-click any desktop item. This should open it.
• Drag any desktop item do a different place, using your mouse. Can you move it?

Could it be that your mouse buttons are reversed?

 

My left headphone randomly lowers it's volume.

This could be due to the change in Balance levels of the playback device. I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works.

• Right click the sound icon on the taskbar and choose
  Sounds.
  
• Select your headphone, and click on Properties.
  
• Click on Balance under Levels
  tab, adjust Left and Right to the same levels.
  
• Save the changes and check if the issue persists.

I suggest you to perform the steps given below and check if it helps fix the issue.

  Press Windows key + X
  to open the Task manager.
  
• 
  Click File > Run New Task.
  
• 
  Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”.
  
• 
  Type CMD.
  
• 
  Type the following 4 commands at the CMD prompt:
  
  powershell
  
  Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
  
• 
  Close the CMD window.
  

For the printer issue I suggest you to run the Print Troubleshooter.

• 
  Type Troubleshooter in search box and click Enter.
  
• 
  On the top left corner click on “View all”.
  
• 
  Select Printer from the list and follow the prompts for printer troubleshooting.
