Windows 10: Left CTRL gets stuck but not physically, fixed by pressing Right CTRL

I'm looking for a more permanent solution to this problem rather than just clicking two buttons when I want to click one. Essentially, whenever I press Left CTRL, my computer thinks it is being held down, despite if I actually do hold it down or if I click it again. Pressing Esc pulls up the Windows Menu, pressing P opens the print menu, etc. For some unknown reason, pressing Right CTRL fixed all of these problems and lets my computer be usable again.I just got a new keyboard, a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate that was a part of an Overwatch promotion a few years back. Whats Ctrl+Enter in Ubuntu ?

doesn't work , that's why I'm asking .

EDIT : NM , right ctrl+enter doesn't work, left ctrl+enter does .

Maybe thats because right ctrl is the host key in VirtualBox .

 

Switch virtual desktop: WIN + CTRL + LEFT or RIGHT

  I found a bug on the newly released Windows 10 on the Samsung Ativ book 9+ (I'm not sure if this bug is found on other laptops). The function, "Switch virtual desktop: WIN + CTRL + LEFT or RIGHT," doesn't work with the ctrl button on the right side
  of the keyboard. However, it works when the ctrl button on the left side is used instead. I'm wondering if other users are facing the same problem.
  

 

CTRL KEY STUCK

Recently my notebook have encountered a problem, every time i want to use it ctrl key is stuck. I have tried all of this solution but doesn't work :

1. pressing ctrl+shift for 15 seconds

2. pressing left and right ctrl for 5 seconds

3. double press left and right ctrl

4. disabling sticky keys, can't find keyboard option in ease of acces

5. reinstalling ps2 keyboard

can't somebody tell me what the flip is going on?

This problem start when i start using my notebook again after a week or more. Last time i use it nothing's wrong
