    I have a windows 10 desktop and just recently now every time i press left Ctrl the whole system mutes and the system shuts down when i press the windows key. i have scanned the whole PC with window defender and i didn't find anything. I even reset the
    whole pc and nothing could help. the on screen keyboard works fine but the real keyboard keeps doing this if any one know how to help please help my keyboard is a onn USB keyboard. please help!

    Left ctrl keeps muting system volume and windows key shuts down pc every time i press it.

    osk works fine left Ctrl and windows key work like it should but i prefer an actual key board i play a lot of pc games. I tried the first method and it didn't work and when i tried the second method i uninstalled the driver my mouse was connected to and
    it didn't work when i uninstalled the one the keyboard is connected to. This morning i decided to reset my computer it didn't help it still mutes and shuts down. is there a chance i could get you on Skype or some sort of chat room so that you could more helpfully
    guide me or do you think i should replace my keyboard.
