Windows 10: Left ctrl key combined with windows keybind.

Ever since I got a new keyboard, my left ctrl was mixed with windows, I had to hold shift if I ever had to use it, and its been annoying for quite a while. I've tried almost every solution like plugging the keyboard out then back in, troubleshooting, deleting keyboard drivers, changing the keyboard language, and nothing has work at all.I used to have a Logitech keyboard, and the current keyboard is Keychron K2 Version 2It would be great if someone told me a solution to fix this problem, thank you!

The keys left Ctrl, C, Windows Key, R are working fine individually. But the combinations Ctrl+C and Win+R are not working...

I am using Windows10. The keys left Ctrl, C, Windows Key, R are working fine individually. But the combinations Ctrl+C and Win+R are not working on the laptop's keyboard, whereas the same are working fine on the external keyboard.

The other combinations such as Ctrl+V, Ctrl+X, Ctrl+Z are working fine.

I have tried to search in the internet, but no luck. Please advise.

Ctrl + C key combination is not working in windows 10 laptop. Other Ctrl Combination is working. i tried reinstalling the drivers but didn't help.

this problem is not applicable to one application but to all apps. Please Suggest a solution.

 

Combination of CTRL, SHIFT, ARROW keys not repeating

OS: Windows 10.0

Machine: Dell Inspiron 5559 (it's new so I know there is nothing wrong with the hardware)

Here is the predicament I am faced with:

When I use a combination of the CTRL, SHIFT and RIGHT (or LEFT) ARROW keys to let's say select text in a Word/Google document, the combination works once but does not repeat itself if I keep holding down the
keys (it used to on my last laptop which had Windows 7 installed on it).

I have already checked the Ease of Access Center. Sticky, Toggle and Filter keys are all OFF.

I have disabled the Intel HD Graphics hotkeys.

I have researched probably about 20 articles but nothing.

Guys, this is very important for me to fix because I work with text a LOTTTT and have to use this combination very frequently. So any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

PS: CTRL and RIGHT (or LEFT) ARROW keys combination still works and it repeats if I press and hold those keys. But for whatever odd reason, CTRL, SHIFT and RIGHT (or LEFT) ARROW keys combination is not repeating.
