Windows 10: Left modifier keys not working while holding them.

So, my problem is that, when I hold down left Shift or Ctrl, and hold any other button they only do the command once, than start writng the button i pressed.. so like if I hold left Shift+3 this happens: +33333.... but when I use the right Shift or Ctrl, it's working prefectly fine. I updated Windows last night, and it's only like this since the update. Can anyone help me how to get the left side of my keyboard to work as intended? I tried it with 3 keyboards, and all of them do this with my computer..

Step 1: You may check if the ALT key is functioning correctly in on-screen keyboard. It will help us to verify if there is any issue with the keyboard.

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.

  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard)
  
• 
  And check if it works
  

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.

Task Manager shortcut keys are not working

It works fine with my On-Screen Keyboard but on my physical keyboard it does not work. The physical keyboard is only allowing the Right Ctrl+Shift+Esc keys to open up Task Manager Left Ctrl does not work.

Unless I modified it somewhere via Windows 10 settings or software application which there is no way for me to retrace my steps.

Steps: Try to run the Hardware and device troubleshooter:

  Press Windows key+X.
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  On the left pane, click on view all.
  
• 
  From the list, double click on hardware and devices and run the troubleshooter and check what it shows.
