Windows 10: Left mouse button not working right

First I thought hardware issueWhen I click the left mouse button it doesn't work. I press it 5-10 times then it may respond once. In the mouse settings if I switch from right to left buttons then the right works fine however when I restart my system it switches back to left. I have tried 4 different mice in different usb ports three wireless and one wired, so it is not a hardware issue. I have tried updating the drivers, can't find any to update.i have checked bios version - they are up to date.tried sfc and dsim scans to fix problemschecked malware, spywarerestarted many timesI noticed th

How to change left/right buttons on a mouse ?

I have a left-handed mouse and i want to switch buttons left/right.

However when i do that in mouse options, left/right buttons on my touchpad are changed as well !! i don't want to change them.

I want to swap buttons only for one device, how to do it ?

Yes, your suggestion is logical, however in Windows Mouse/touchpad button configuration is universal, so if the left mouse button is set as the main button, that will also affect the touchpad and vice versa . . .

Please add this suggestion to the Feedback hub on Windows 10 (Windows Key + F) and hopefully the developers may take notice and provide us with a setting for this in a future update . . .

You might have changed the primary mouse button settings from the
Mouse settings page on Windows. To check the primary mouse button set on the PC, follow the steps below:

• 
  Press Windows logo key on the keyboard, type
  Mouse & touchpad settings and select the top most search result.
  
• 
  From the left side panel of the window, check if
  Select your primary button under Mouse is set to
  Left. If not, select Left from the dropdown bar.
  
• 
  Close the window and check if the changes are effective.
