Windows 10: Left mouse click not wokring

Hey, my left mouse click suddenly stopped working, i changed my settings to right mouse click for now. When I restart my pc my mouse left click works for about a minuite and then it just stops working. I am on windows 10. I've looked at so many videos, but none of them seem to help.

Because i can't find any decent wireless mouse for left handers since...i can't remember can anyone suggest anything?

Not for gaming.
