Windows 10: Legality of uses of windows for third world countries using "KSM" activation method.

Hi, Greetings to all of you guise.I have question about the usability or legality of uses of win 10 activated with KMSpico.My question to Microsoft is -- Is it legal for us people to use KMSpico method to Active Windows-10 when we are living in 3rd world under development countries, where the price for getting genuine product-key / windows is soo high for us, that, some of us don't even make that much of money in monthly basis.I want to know this answer from a verified Microsoft Member.Do we 3rd world country people have permission from Microsoft to use windows using this method?

Does windows defender recognize ksm pico activator?

When the installer of ksm pico is downloaded, why windows defender deletes it after it was downloaded, and windows defender say's that it is a virus, why?

this software is an activator software not a virus.

World clock for all countries not available on Nokia.

Hi all,

The is a world clock available on Nokia 6300 but i don see it available for certain countries. Is there a way to update the country list in that? Does nokia provide a software to update the country list?

At section 5

It states the following :

Authorized
Software and Activation. You are authorized to use
this software only if you are properly licensed and the software has been properly activated with a genuine product key or by other authorized method.

So Is it legal to use windows 10 without activation ?

If not , why is it almost free and you can skip entering product key during installation ?

and why does Microsoft enable us to install without a product key if it is not legal to use it without activation?
