  1. Legitimate Popup?

This appeared on my machine twice. Both Malwarebytes and Windows Security tell me nothing is wrong. I went ahead and changed my Microsoft password on what I absolutely knew was the Microsoft site, but in an attempt to get help from Microsoft Support the page denies me access. Didn't record that error.Doing other research on this message is mixed on if it is a scam or not.The link just takes me to Bing.

    :)

    Legitimate Popup?

Are my Registry Files all legitimate programs?

Isn't there a web tool whereby I can check if programs listed in my REGISTRY FILES are legitimate programs?
