    Lenevo IdeaPad 3 15A completely blank screen!


    I wasn't doing anything much while using it, and out of nowhere the screen went black! I tested it through HDMI, it works on external monitors. The keyboard backlights also turn off after turning on. I tried Windows + P to switch to Duplicate, but it switches back to PC screen only, but the external monitor is on, but not the main? It's like it's not detecting it's own screen, is it something with the connection? I'm using Windows 10 on one SSD and 11 in another SSD.

    May I was not clear in my response.

    My Lenovo Ideapad was bought only 2 yrs ago and has service pack 1. The OS is Home Premium.

    I do get the Get Windows 10 Icon in Task bar.

    On clicking a popup window comes up. But the Popup window is blank. I know what should actually come up as my Dell XPS 13 works fine. But in the Lenevo Ideapad, I bet blank popup screen.

    I hope the problem is clear.
