    Lenovo 720 Wifi Issue after update to Windows 10 (version 1909) - have already tried...


    Hoping someone can help with this. After installing the update to Windows 10 version 1909, the Wifi says it's connecting to our router, but that there's no internet (everything else in house is connected, so that's not really the issue).


    We have already:

    1. Run the Network Adapter troubleshooter, which said "no problems detected"

    2. Used the Network Adapter reset

    3. Checked if the drivers are up to date (in Settings, it says they are up to date)


    We tried all of that once, couldn't fix it, so we rolled the computer back. Tried a second time to update, and the same thing happened—again, uninstalling and reinstalling the latest driver did not help.


    Anyone got suggestions? No idea what to do about this next.

    Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

    Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

    Steps to confirm issue:

    • Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
    • Secondary drive not visible in device manager
    • Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

    Steps to replicate issue:

    • Installing 1909 update

    Steps to resolve issue:

    • Uninstall 1909 update

    Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.

    Wifi Issues Windows 10

    I have a similar issue with a Lenovo K330 desktop that came with Windows 7. Everything worked fine until months after I updated to Windows 10. I then started losing my WiFi connections from time to time and it got worse until I eventually could not find
    my WiFi connection listed. Lenovo tech support now tells me there is no LAN Internet Adapter compatible with my computer and Windows 10. They tried to find the "driver" from outside (non-Microsoft and non-Lenovo) sources to no avail. They are now resetting
    my computer to Windows 7 saying that I have to wait for MS to supply the correct driver for Windows 10 on my computer. Any suggestions?

    No WIFI after Feb. 2018 full Windows 10 Defender version update.

    Twice after allowing strongly suggested Windows 10 update to install on my Lenovo pc, Atheros QCA9377 network adapter would not connect to wifi router. Tried updating driver with latest from Lenovo and other suggested remedies to no avail. Each time went
    back to previous Windows 10 version and all is fine.
