Windows 10: Lenovo A485 Ryzen 7 Win 10 frequent BSOD

Hello,I'm hoping for a benign fix rather that the nuclear option to pave over everything and start over. The laptop frequently blue screens, often while doing nothing. The usual symptom is the blue spinnie and the windowing environment stops responding. Ctrl-Alt-Del does not respond, X-ing out windows does not respond. The mouse pointer still moves around and changes shape depending on the window underneath, either spinnie or arrow, but not responding to clicks. Eventually, the screens turns solid blue. Sometimes I get the pretty BSOD screen, but usually not.Lenovo A485 laptop AMD Ryzen 7 PRO

Win 7 and Win 10 on network

I have home network with separate modem, router, and WAP's. My Windows 7 computer does NOT list the Windows 10 computers on network computer list but the Windows 10 computers network list DO list the Windows 7 computer.

Turned off firewalls, gave permissions, shared drives. Nothing allows Win 7 computer to access the Win 10 computers.

Any suggestions for a fix?

Lenovo Legion 7 BSOD Issue

I have the following computer: Lenovo - Legion Slim 7 15" Gaming Laptop - AMD Ryzen 7 5800H - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Max-Q - 512GB SSD - Shadow Black

I bought it and it has been fine until today. In using it today it will intermittently get the BSOD and restart before I can read the code on the BSOD. I have done research and it appears that other Lenovo Legions have had this issue, but I haven't found a direct fix yet. What can I do to research the cause of the BSOD and fix the issue? I am also running Windows 11.
