Windows 10: Lenovo computer won't boot and gives error code 0xc00021a

I have a Lenovo desktop with Windows 10. I tried factory reset and it didn't work. It seemed to take a long time to restore and then shuts down. Now the computer does not start. Every time I try to start the computer, the computer goes into the usual Lenovo startup and then I get a blue screen with the code 0xc00021a. The computer shuts down and does not attempt to restart. Hope someone can tell me how to at least restart the computer.

Kursah, that 6 steps are granted it always boots at the 6th step (sometimes at the 4th) and I have to remove the ethernet cable every time otherwise I'll have to do countless steps, that's a fact. I do not have Wake On Lan set.

 

Skype won´t wok in 17063

Ok...

After update my Windows 10 to 17063.1000 build, skype won´t work...

It open, but if I Start my conversasion with camera, file share or screen share, it crash...

If I try to uninstall anda install again, I give an error...

Any workaround to solve this issue??

Does the mainboard have a speaker on it? If so are there any POST codes beeping?

Even though it's powering up I would suspect the PSU might be a culprit here...do you have another one you could try?

You state that you remove the Ethernet cable...do you have Wake On Lan set for any reason? What if you skip step 3 in your workaround steps? Does it still boot? Have you tried booting with just a keyboard, screen and power supply connected? (CPU and 1 stick of memory)

That should be the base line hardware required for a bootable system...if it boots there add an HDD, if it boots add the CD/DVD. Etc...
