Windows 10: Lenovo display issues on an older notebook with Win10

More than one attempt has been made to fix the problem I have, but it recurs. I've done Reset 2 or 3 times, and as with helpers like Greg Carmack and AW and others, it seems to help for a while, but doesn't last. Part or all of it seems to be a display issue, and I've downloaded a driver from Lenovo, but that doesn't seem to have helped either. It would be really nice if someone could come into my pc, and see what's happening. I'm sure a knowledgeable technician will understand the problem. I don't have Team Viewer on here any more, and also, the email service for this account has been down for over a week, so if anyone replies, please use *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. When I move the mouse, there's this jaggedy movement of the arrow, and when I click on a tab or link, it seems as if it's deciding if it wants to perform my request. That's about the best I can describe it, but someone who knows this stuff will be able to quickly get to the heart of the problem once they come in and see what it's doing. A reboot used to help some, but it doesn't now. Also, I use a 22" monitor with a DVI cable, but it does the same whether using the large monitor or the notebook one.

Win7 Installation Issue on broken Win10 System. (Lenovo Notebook)

Pre-installed product key will NOT be accepted by the Windows 7 link given to you.
It only accepts Retail version.

I know because I tried that a year ago with my pre-installed Win 7 product key. It was rejected.

You can get the iso from the following link (this site is well respected and I have never heard any suggestions that the isos are dodgy and I have used them myself without any problems).

Note: it is important your key is the COA key as usually printed on a blue sticker on base of PC, not one previously extracted from registry (whilst Windows 7 was running) using a keyfinder.
