Windows 10: Lenovo Explorer VR Helmet detection problems for SteamVR.

SteamVR cannot detect my VR headset, even though I can safely log into the Mixed Reality Portal. The headset is working properly, the connection is via usb 3.0. When trying to forcibly find the headset, SteamVR also issues error 108, stating that it cannot detect it. Help

Hulu VR won't load on Microsoft MR helmet

Hi All,

Problem: When I attempt to load a TV or VR show from within Hulu VR, I see the loading icon, but the show never loads.

Question: Is anyone else having this problem?

Equipment: A VR rated Windows laptop (PREDATOR GC-571) with 16 GB memory, i7-7700HQ CPU, GEForce GTX 1060, fast internet connection etc. and a Microsoft Mixed Reality Helmet (AcerAH101).

Reproduction Instructions:

1. Enter the Mixed Reality Portal

2. Start Hulu VR

3. Pick any virtual room.

4. Click on either TV or VR

5. Pick any show to watch.

6. You get a screen in front of you with the show name, the work Loading and a spinning icon.

7. That is it. This is as far as I ever got.

What I Tried:

* Searched the web. The only reports I can find of this problem is from people using PS4 VR.

* Attempted uninstalling HULU, rebooting etc.

* Reported the problem to HULU and went through every thing again (uninstalling etc). They agree that my equipment and internet connection are more than adequate. They have opened a ticket.

* Posted here just in case it is not just a Hulu problem. Note: I am not having problems with Hulu Recruit, the Ghostbuster games, Jaunt etc.
