    Lenovo Help with my SSD it crashes


    On my Lenovo Ideapad, every time I try to open it and I get on my laptop for like 2-5 minutes, it just crashes and freezes and gives me the blue screen with : I asked chat gpt for answers and like I already tried reinstalling windows through a flash drive and that didn’t work. On my BIOS setup it doesn’t recognize my hard disk. It says not installed, also on my boot it says my NVMe: is nothing its just blank. Sometimes it freezes and shows like green stripes. I really need help I haven’t been able to use my laptop for 4 months
